Easy application

ROVAL products are ready-to-use single pack type and do not require any mixing process or have limited pot life.
ROVAL demonstrates high anti-corrosion performance with proper surface preparation, adequate agitation, and sufficient film thickness.

Basic Rules・Tips

3 important points

1.Surface Preparation

Prepare the metal surface by sandblasting or with appropriate power tools.
Remove all contamination on the surface such as moisture, oil, mil scale, rust, and old paints.

2.Adequate Agitation of Product

Agitate the products well to obtain uniform density. Dilution is not required.

*Only when the product thickens, use aromatic thinner such as Xylene.

3.Sufficient Film Thickness

Dry Film Thickness (DFT) = more than 80um
Do not spread the paint too thin.
Anti-corrosion performance is proportional to DFT.
