Our first step into the global market was in 2004 when we built the manufacturing factory in Shanghai. In 2008, a sales company was founded in Portland, Oregon as the basis for marketing in the U.S.A.
Operation at the Shanghai factory are under strict quality controls and supervision of Japanese staff members. These efforts contribute to the global market’s trust in Roval products.

We have been approved by ISO9001 since 1999, and by ISO14001 since 2006. To achieve a more efficient system, we have started utilizing the Integrated Management System of both ISO standards since 2008.
